6-Month Limited Warranty

All eligible physical products purchased directly from Taily or an authorized seller are backed by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ This warranty covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship
Product malfunctions under normal, intended use

❌ What’s Not Covered:

Digital/downloadable products
Consumables (e.g. shampoos, mists, or grooming gels)
Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance
Accidental damage (including drops, spills, or water exposure, unless product is waterproof)
Wear and tear that doesn’t impact function

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at contact@shoptaily.com with:

Your full name and order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect
We’ll review your claim within 3–5 business days and guide you through next steps.

If Your Claim Is Approved
You’ll receive one of the following:

A brand-new replacement
A repair (if applicable)

If the claim is denied but you choose to proceed with a repair, shipping and repair costs will be your responsibility.

Limitations & Extended Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Extended warranty coverage (if offered at checkout) is non-refundable and must be purchased with the original order.
